Using the document image service, you can transfer document images without data directly from Finmatics to DATEV Unternehmen Online.
The setup is done via the MyDATEV client registration.
A prerequisite for the transmission of digital vouchers is a portfolio (vouchers online - processing form standard or extended) in DATEV Enterprise online. The data service can be used with an inventory in Vouchers online in the processing form Standard and Extended.
- Select the desired client in the DATEV workstation.
- On the right, under contextual links, click on Start MyDATEV client registration.
- Click the Next button to select the product.
- Select the desired document imaging service.
- Click the Next button to create user.
- Order products and create a client-specific consultant number.
- Assign authorizations for your employees and/or clients.
