To view the specific error message, hover your mouse over the relevant booking line. In addition to the error description, the system provides an immediate suggested solution. For instance, if you are using DATEV or Agenda, you may be able to directly generate a new token or connection, or you may receive a direct link to contact our technical support for further help.
To display an email notification, click on the corresponding booking line. A pop-up window will open, showing you the cause of the error message. This error typically occurs when an email included an attachment that either cannot be processed by the system or is entirely missing. You can use the provided email link to contact the sender directly. Additionally, Finmatics automatically informs the sender about the failed transmission. After you have reviewed the message, you have the option to delete the transfer or mark the notification as read.
