Assign or change the responsible user for a client

Select the "Clients" screen in the main menu and then the desired client. In the clients-screen in the "General" tab under "Accounting", select the relevant user in the "Responsible user" field. If no user should be assigned, select "No Accountant." Be sure to click "Save" to apply your changes.

What does it mean to be the responsible user?

As the responsible user of a client, you will receive e-mail notifications as soon as documents from this client change to the ‘Verified’ or ‘Exported’ status. This setting should not be confused with users with client rights. These only have the rights to view and edit invoices for this client, but will not receive any notifications unless they have been configured in the account settings. 

How do I receive notifications?

Can I also filter by the responsible user?
