RZL - Why can't I start a synchronization with Finmatics?

In some cases it is not possible to transfer the data during the initial setup and synchronization to Finmatics and the menu items are grayed out. The reason for this is that there is a batch function when booking, so that you can still edit bookings after closing. As long as this batch is not finalized no training data can be uploaded.


Close and finalize the batches and synchronize the training data again.
