Automatic synchronisation via interface
Finmatics has a number of standard interfaces which enable the synchronisation of training data between the accounting system and Finmatics.
*see DATEV interface description
Import via .csv or DATEV batch format
General ledger accounts, personal accounts, cost categories and training data can also be easily uploaded as csv. via the Finmatics frontend.
If you use DATEV, you can upload master data and training data directly in batch format. It is best to follow the instructions in the following article:
Only use the manual import if the master data cannot be synchronised automatically between your ERP/accounting system and Finmatics.
Click on Clients, select the relevant tab (business partners, cost centres, etc.) and then click on "Import".
It is also possible to upload several files at once by dragging several files into the pop-up window that opens after clicking on "Import".
