      How long are invoices archived?

      The original invoices transmitted to the Finmatics software, the copies of invoices created from them (e.g. as individual pages in JPG format for preview purposes) and the texts read from them by means of data capture (e.g. separate pages in JPG format for preview purposes) remain stored in the Finmatics software for a maximum of 18 months and are then automatically deleted, unless otherwise contractually agreed with the Client in individual cases. It is possible to request the deletion of documents and longer storage at any time. To do so, please contact support@finmatics.com.
