This article explains what to do if you encounter difficulties logging in
Unable to log in
If you have difficulties logging in, for instance due to incorrect login information, you will receive an error message. Please ensure you are using the correct login infomation (registered e-mail address and password) and have not made any typing errors.
You can easily reset your password by clicking "Forgot password?" on the login page. Enter your registered email address and you will receive a system-generated email with a password reset link. The link is valid for 60 minutes and the new password must be at least 8 characters long. Once you have created a new password, you can log in using this new password.
If you have multiple registered e-mail addresses, including e-mail addresses with a "+" such as email@example.com, you may not receive the link to reset your password, because some providers (except Gmail and Outlook) do not recognise the part with the plus sign. If you no longer have the password for this e-mail address, or if you do not receive a link to reset your password, please contact our support at firstname.lastname@example.org, so that we can assist with the recovery of this login.
Changing the password
There are two ways to reset your password:
If you no longer know your password, click on "Forgot password?" in the login screen and follow the steps to reset your password;
If you still remember your password, click on the User menu or on the e-mail address in the top right-hand corner of the Finmatics interface, and then on "Account". In this view you can click on "Change password” to change your password. The new password must be at least 8 characters long.
