How can I change my password?

In this article, you will learn about the options available to you for changing your password.

 

How do I reset my password? 

There are two ways to reset or change your password: 

Reset in the login screen

Click on ‘Forgot password?’. Enter your registered email address and click on ‘Send email’. You will then receive a system-generated email with a link to reset your password. This link is valid for 60 minutes.

If you have registered an email address with a ‘+’ such as 'max.mustermann+api@email.com', you may not receive the password reset link, as some providers do not recognise email addresses in this format.

Resetting via your user account

If you wish to change your password, you can do so via your user account in the Finmatics portal. To do this, click on ‘Account’ and open the ‘Security’ tab. For more information, see How do I manage my user account?.
