The scan client does not connect to my scan hardware. What can I do?
Below you will find possible reasons if no connection can be established.
- Check if the computer can connect to the scanner. You can find instructions on how to do this in the Help Center of your operating system:
Windows: Install and use a scanner in Windows 10
Mac: Scan images or documents using your mac
- Another possible cause may be your company's network configuration.
- Your scanning hardware may not be supported by Finmatics. If this is the case, please register the scanner type through contacting our support team through support@finmatics.com.
