The scan client does not connect to my scan hardware. What can I do?

Below you will find possible reasons if no connection can be established.

  1. Check if the computer can connect to the scanner. You can find instructions on how to do this in the Help Center of your operating system:
    Windows: Install and use a scanner in Windows 10
    Mac: Scan images or documents using your mac
  2. Another possible cause may be your company's network configuration.
  3. Your scanning hardware may not be supported by Finmatics. If this is the case, please register the scanner type through contacting our support team through support@finmatics.com.
